Bag filters are a constant emission device and exhibit a varying pressure drop, depending on dust properties and the degree of dust layer thickness at any point of reference. They are utilized for the filtration of fluids that have a relatively small loading of particles to be removed. The particles suspension passes through and the particles settle in the bag.

We also have pocket filters that are used in HVAC applications to remove dust from ambient air. They are commonly used as final filters in commercial applications or as pre-filters for HEPA filters in hospitals and in the pharmaceutical industry. Pocket filters are historically produced from glass fiber media, however in recent years a shift to synthetic media took place.

There are also fine filters designed for purification of intake and circulation air in air-conditioning systems installed in facilities such as offices, public premises and industries. Fine filters can remove from the air particles, which are indiscernible to the naked eye.
